2024 - 2025 YOUTH WRESTLING SIGN UP

Please read carefully! Sign up requires two parts, signing up for MYWAY, and registering for our club. This was new last year due to the new MYWAY sign up through Sports Engine, there is a waiver parents must fill out, so we cannot do the MYWAY sign up for you. If you need help we will post a date that we will be available to help anyone who needs help doing the Sports Engine Sign up.

FIRST PART OF SIGN UP:

Sports Engine (MYWAY Membership) cost is $20 per wrestler (note that the first page might say $50, but go ahead and click it and tell it to check out and it corrects it in the cart that it is $20).

SECOND PART OF SIGN UP: To make the registration process smooth and efficient, we are offering the option to register and pay online in advance. You will still need to come to registration in person to provide a copy of your wrestler's birth certificate and so you can each sign a code of conduct. Please fill out the registration form HERE. 

NEW WRESTLING FAMILIES: Things to budget for!

• Wrestling Shoes -- new shoes are typically $50+ and they are difficult to find the right size in stock when you need them! If you want to save some money start looking early at Facebook Marketplace, Charlotte Grapplers Facebook page and second hand stores like Goodwill. Kids must have wrestling shoes to be on the wrestling mats! Do not wait to start looking for shoes!

• Headgear -- headgear can be found new at local sporting goods stores or online starting at $20+ depending on what style you want to buy. Headgear is required to wrestle in tournaments, so it is a good idea to practice with headgear on as well so the kids get used to wearing it!
